Before mailing your garment
Place your full name on the package so we can match your faja with your order. Up to five fajas may be mailed together, but each faja must have its own completed service form.

When does the turnaround time begin?
Turnaround begins once your garment has been delivered to us—not on the date your order is placed or the date you mail it. Standard alteration turnaround is typically 2–3 business days after delivery.
Can I send more than one faja?
Yes. You may send up to five fajas in one shipment. Add each faja to your cart separately so every garment has its own selected service, measurements, photos, and instructions.
Can you alter any faja brand?
Yes. We work with virtually every faja brand. The garment must be in structurally sound condition and suitable for the alteration selected.
How should I take my fit photos?
Wear your faja without foams or boards and fasten it on the loosest hook setting. Take clear, well-lit front and back photos that show the entire garment. Additional side views and close-ups are helpful for specific problem areas.
Does rush service include faster return shipping?
No. The rush upgrade prioritizes the alteration itself. Return shipping speed is selected and paid for separately during checkout.
